Credit Administrator

Farm Credit of Northwest Florida specializes in providing tailored financing options for those who wish to "Live, Work, or Play" in the country. We are seeking a full-time experienced Credit Administrator. The ideal candidate will be dynamic, self-driven, and possess a thorough understanding of both lending and credit. The position will lead the team of credit analysts and coordinate with other departments to deliver excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders. Farm Credit of Northwest Florida has branch offices in Tallahassee, Marianna, Monticello and Milton FL.

Summary of Responsibilities:

• Ensures sound loans, complete documentation and analysis and implementation of credit related business plans in accordance with overall objectives of the association.
• Responsible for the Association's underwriting, credit approval and credit administration to ensure that proposed loans adhere to existing policy guidelines, that documentation is adequate to ensure security of collateral, and that the ongoing administration and review is adequate to maintain the loan portfolio's quality and profitability.
• Participates in ongoing review of Association credit policies and procedures to ensure current practices are consistent with approved policies and procedures.
• Responsible for staff of credit analysts, including supervision and review of activity and results. Conducts ongoing credit training and development and works with lending officers to underwrite, structure, and manage credit relationships.

Qualifications:

• Farm Credit system lending experience is preferred.
• Comprehensive knowledge of economic development and production technology affecting agriculture.
• Education and/or experience equivalent to a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, Economics, Finance, Banking, or Real Estate Lending.
• Eight years of credit underwriting and/or lending experience
• Supervisory experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Works independently and manages time effectively.
• Knowledge of spreadsheets, word processing and other customized software.
• Travel independently for meetings, trainings, and to other branch offices.

The base salary range for the position is $86,800 - $108,100 plus variable compensation tied to a general incentive plan. Additionally, up to 9% employer contribution to your 401K as part of a full benefits package. Proficient in English and bilingual in Spanish is a plus. Office hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 - 5:00.
