Inside Sales Representative

Summary
As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will be a key advocate for Brivo's products, driving sales through customer education, engagement, and support. You will develop a deep understanding of our security platform, supported devices, and integrations to effectively guide customers and contribute to business growth.

Responsibilities
  • Educate customers on Brivo's products and services through phone and web-based demonstrations.
  • Drive new customer acquisition while maintaining and strengthening existing relationships.
  • Support the field sales team by tracking and following up on pre-sales inquiries.
  • Prepare quotes and respond to customer questions with timely, accurate information.
  • Collaborate with the field sales team to promote regional development initiatives.
  • Stay informed on new product features and updates to effectively communicate value to customers.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience in channel sales or account management, preferably in the access control or physical security, and/or SaaS industries.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet/exceed a quota.
  • Team-oriented mindset with excellent collaboration skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and driven, with a positive attitude.
  • Present ideas, expectations, and information in a concise, well-organized way.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (SFDC), Google Apps (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.,) and other business tools.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new technology and tools.
The compensation package for this full-time position includes a base salary + OTE. Individual compensation packages are based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, training, and market conditions.
