We are seeking an ambitious, experienced Director of Revenue Operations (ROPS) to lead revenue cycle operations for a portfolio of strategic business initiatives. This includes responsibility for a medium sized team of revenue cycle professionals. Join the Revenue Operations Team, where you can:

Director of Revenue Cycle Responsibilities Location: Brentwood, TN. In-state preferred but, remote will also be considered.This role is hybrid/remote with some in-office time required. Travel: Some travel required (10%). Operational Excellence:
- Own the health, growth and business results of a revenue cycle team supporting multiple lines of business which are collectively referred to as SBI's (Strategic Business Initiatives)
- Maintain a culture of compliance and ensure adherence to all compliance requirements
- Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen performance against key performance metrics and process controls
- Collaborate across the village enterprise to drive results with key partners
- Anticipate and proactively mitigate business risks
Strategic Thinking and Innovation:
- Establish short and long-term strategic plans based on multi-year objectives
- Analyze and understand complex problems and develop a robust approach to solve
- Use strengths, skills and experience to drive impact across a range of functions and disciplines
- Leverage analytical and quantitative skills to advance our understanding of problems and opportunities
Stewardship for People and Teams:
- Actively engage in the recruitment, hiring, and retention processes to build and maintain team strength
- Coach, motivate and develop teammates through formal and informal feedback and development opportunities in alignment with DaVita's Mission and Core Values
- Adhere to talent development guidelines and performance management processes
Executive Communication:
- Synthesize critical analysis through oral and written communication
- Directly and concisely communicate ideas, insights, risks and recommendations to executive leaders
- Prepare for and facilitate executive-level presentations across various stakeholder groups
- Use influence to advance quality decision making and maintain focus on the most important stuff
- Partner with other leaders to drive results across teams
Continuous Development
- Maintain up to date knowledge of the various systems and support departments that directly impact revenue cycle operations
- Maintain a current industry knowledge of healthcare revenue operations issues and trends
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of ten (10) years of related experience required
- Experience implementing complex systems and technology solutions that span across multiple geographies
- Experience with strategic planning and implementation of new initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to motivate others and lead large scale teams to execute enterprise goals.
- Strong knowledge and experienced practice with process improvement and project management methodologies, techniques, and processes
