Job Description: The Program Senior Coordinator consults with key stakeholders on program decisions, deliverables and timelines for learning programs supported by Crowe University. Collaborates with team members to ensure the development and delivery of internal training programs using a variety of learning delivery formats. Works closely with curriculum, development and instructional design teams to understand program objectives and needs to provide project, operations, compliance and logistics management. This role interacts heavily with various team members, instructors, participants and other stakeholders including subject matter experts, partners/directors and C-suite individuals across the firm and requires clear and effective written and oral communication.
Essential Functions
- Establish processes, deliverables and due dates for execution of learning programs.
- Communicate related expectations and manage adherence by key stakeholders.
- Develop and manage program communication plan with stakeholders.
- Set-up, host and manage technology-enabled learning programs (e.g. webinars/ live virtual events).
- Lead all program logistics and continuing professional education processes and documentation including attendance verification and credit processing. This may include writing learning objectives and course descriptions with some design consultation.
- Set-up and manage registration/Learning Management systems and processes.
- Follow established processes to calculate CPE and issue in Learning Management System.
- Communicate and manage participant registration and attendance requirements and/or prerequisites.
- Train facilitators in proper use of technologies and instructional effectiveness.
- Collaborate with curriculum development and instructional design team to define material development needs and responsibilities.
- Review course evaluation summary reports and provide recommendation
- Prepare program budgets, process program expenses and reconcile expenses.
- May have limited responsibilities related to in-person event planning, including facility identification, reservations/contracting, classroom setup, facility/room block needs, food and beverage needs, and audio/visual requirements.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Crowe, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $66,000.00 - $131,000.00 per year.
