We are seeking a Local Market Territory Performance Manager to oversee and enhance the operations of assigned Avis & Budget Local Market Car locations. This role is responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales, increase market share, and improve overall performance across a defined geographic territory.The qualified candidate will be responsible to manage and improve the operational and revenue performance of assigned Avis & Budget Local Market Car locations in a given geographic territory. The position is responsible for increasing ancillary sales throughout assigned territory and supporting and developing operators and dealers with daily activities to effectively serve customers and maintain location profitability. Manage and develop business relationships and promotion of brands within communities throughout the territory.

Key Responsibilities:

* Drive Growth & Market Expansion: Prospect and onboard new agent operators, identify local business opportunities, and participate in sales activities such as trade shows and chamber of commerce events.

* Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations, sales functions, and fleet management to maximize efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitability.

* Coaching & Leadership: Motivate, train, and support operators and dealers to increase inside and outside sales, revenue, and profitability.

* Performance Auditing: Conduct regular location visits and audits to ensure compliance with customer service, financial, and operational standards.

* Business Strategy & Communication: Act as a liaison between operators, dealerships, and company management, providing insights and recommendations for location growth, closures, or operational improvements.

* Reporting & Administration: Maintain accurate reports on location performance, competitive market data, customer feedback, and operational expenses.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

* Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, territory management, inventory management, or field operations-preferably in a transportation-related field.

* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

* Strong sales, leadership, and coaching skills with the ability to influence performance.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders.

* Ability to manage multiple locations, prioritize tasks, and self-manage in a fast-paced environment.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with operational performance software is a plus.

* Valid Driver's License

* This position requires regular, on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely

Travel Requirements:

* Frequent travel by car within the assigned territory.

* Overnight travel may be required, depending on geographic location.
