DCS Corp has an exciting potential opportunity supporting NAVAIR by provides high-level administrative support to the PM and DPM by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings.

Essential Job Functions:

Provides high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings.

Answers telephones and procures information for calendars daily.

Acquires and schedules conference rooms and coordinates conference calls as needed.

Obtains and maintains master project files, both paper and electronic, for all incoming and outgoing correspondence.

Provides travel management services including processing visit requests, country clearance requests for customers attending meetings within the CONUS/OCONUS and for incoming visitors, and preparing travel orders, authorizations, and vouchers in Defense Travel System (DTS).

Required Skills:

Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

High School diploma with 7+ years additional relevant work experience, Associate's Degree with 5+ years relevant work experience, or a BA/BS degree with 3+ years of experience performing primary responsibilities.

Active Secret Clearance.

Over 2 years of experience providing high-level DoD administrative support.

Must have SME level experience with DTS.

Familiar with NAVY Correspondence Manual, SECNAV M-5216.5 to log/assign/track/archive incoming and outgoing official correspondence.

Little, if any, travel is required.

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses computers and other standard office equipment.

Pay Range and Benefits: There are a variety of factors that can influence salary at DCS Corp, including but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

Salary Range: $57,218 - $97,428
