DCS Corp has an exciting potential opportunity supporting NAVAIR located at NAS Patuxent River, MD as a Program/ Project/ Management Analyst. This position applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives in the PMA.

Essential Job Functions:

Analyzes requirements, status, budget, and schedules.

Performs management, technical, or business case analyses.

Collects, completes, organizes, and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs.

Tracks program/project status and schedules.

Applies Government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management, and data management.

Maintains an issue and action item database to support managing the lifecycle of product issues and actions; tracks action items to closure.

Collects and performs analysis on EVM data and program documentation received from hardware and software suppliers and field activities; analyzes EVM data, Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs), Performance Management data, fiscal planning documentation, reporting, and performance metrics.

Supports planning activities to include presenting alternative funding or acquisition strategies and cost estimates for program requirements for Government consideration; enters planning data in the Common Spend Plan Tool (CSPT), Acquisition Matrix (AcqMat), PMT, or appropriate tool.

Performs cost/benefit analyses, cost trade-off analyses, business case analyses, cost variance analyses, and/or present value analyses to support the programs in balancing mission requirements, system constraints, and performance.

Provides technical input to support the preparation or revision of relation acquisition documentation.

Required Skills:

Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

Associate's degree with 14 years relevant work experience, Bachelor's degree with 12 years relevant work experience, or MA/MS degree with 10 years of experience performing primary responsibilities.

Active Secret Security Clearance.

Experience in weapon systems acquisition and lifecycle management.

Extensive experience in program and project status tracking, including the ability to effectively manage schedules to ensure timely completion of milestones and deliverables.

Experience with SECNAV, OPNAV, and OSD policy frameworks, as well as proficiency in navigating and applying documentation related to PPBS and the lifecycle management of military acquisition programs, as outlined in the DoD 5000 series.

Proficiency in handling Military Interdepartmental Procurement Requests (MIPRs), Work Requests, Requisitions, CDRLs, and DD Form 254, showcasing a keen attention to detail and adherence to protocol.

Hands-on experience with essential tools such as the AMS suite, including CSPT Common, PMT, and CDRL, as well as familiarity with Integrated Support Environment Enterprise (ISEE) - specifically Reliability Information Analysis Center Input/Output (RIO) module.

Proficient utilization of software tools including Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, OneNote, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), demonstrating the ability to effectively communicate, organize, and analyze data to support program objectives and decision-making processes.

Little if any travel is required.

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses computers and other standard office equipment.

Pay Range and Benefits: There are a variety of factors that can influence salary at DCS Corp, including but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

Salary Range: $85,373 - $165,000
