Genesis10 seeks an Inventory Control Clerk I for a 3-month contract assignment. This position will be working on onside in Cleveland, OH. There are 3 open positions - one position for each shift (1st, 2nd and 3rd). These position could be possible contract to hire, based on performance and business need. Compensation: $23.00 per hour, W2. Schedule Options: Shift 1st - 40 hours a week, possible OT, 6am - 2:30pm, 30 mins unpaid lunch. Training - Week 1 will be on days while going through orientation Shift 2nd - 40 hours a week, possible OT, 2pm - 10:30pm, 30 minutes unpaid lunch. Training - Week 1 will be on days while going through orientation Shift 3rd - 40 hours a week, possible OT, 10pm - 6:30am, 30 mins unpaid lunch. Training - Week 1 will be on days while going through orientation Key Responsibilities: * This position is responsible for entering product status updates in Microsoft Excel on an hourly basis in production throughout the plant and helping other operations' functions. * Will also update and enter information into database (Oracle). Individual will need to wear PPE and walk to different buildings to collect information. * Excel skills needed for this role. Receives and inputs data information into an Excel Spreadsheet. Maintains and revises data as necessary and keeps correct data. * Other clerical duties and tasks may be required. * This is in a production environment: walking around hourly to collect the data needed to enter the Excel spreadsheet. * Pay attention to detail * Manage time effectively * Recognize problems, understand urgency, and communicate to the appropriate level * Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills * Manage complexity. Ability to handle several tasks simultaneously and prioritize efficiently while working without close supervision Requirements: * Education - High school diploma or equivalent * Experience - 1+ years in data entry, clerical, or similar role * Excellent skills with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook - Must be comfortable utilizing Excel including entering data and checking for accuracy. Individual should be intermediate level in Excel. * Must be comfortable working in and walking through the production areas. This is not an office role. You will be on your feet for the majority of the shift. * Must wear PPE throughout the day. * Ability to stand for long periods and ability to do a lot of walking. * Ability to lift 50 pounds * Housekeeping may be required * Work effectively with a variety of people * Warehouse experience preferred PPE: Must be clean-shaven shaven day 1 for the respirator fitting. Steel-toe shoes, hard hats, lab coat, and safety glasses must be worn while in the production areas.
