SemiTorr Group's High Purity Division serves the microelectronics, semiconductor and related technology markets. We offer a comprehensive range of products designed to optimize processes and improve yield in both fab and sub-fab environments. Our solutions enhance efficiency and solve complex challenges across end-user fabrication facilities, wafer fabs, OEMs, high-purity chemical and gas suppliers, and mechanical contractors supporting tool installations, tool moves, plant expansions, and new constructions.

SemiTorr is a subsidiary of FloWorks International LLC, which is a privately held company located in Pasadena, Texas.

The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling High Purity Products & Solutions to meet sales targets and generate revenue. Responding to customer specific needs and requirements with the appropriate product offering will maintain world class customer service and leverage new relationships to develop and expand Semitorr's business in the territory.

Some of the exciting things you will do in this role...

  • Manage an existing territory for all products and services at Semiconductor Fabs and related customers and/or industries where Semitorr products can be sold

  • Call on equipment engineers at the end-user locations (Fabs) to promote equipment and engineering solutions represented by CTW, with primary focus in the cleanroom environment, on or around the wafer process equipment

  • Understand the operational needs and budget challenges of a functioning Semiconductor Fab

  • Understand the various Semiconductor equipment and processes, such as Ion Implantation, Etch, CVD, PVD, RTP, ALD and related infrastructures supporting these processes

  • Have sold equipment into a Semiconductor fab understanding the nuances of each process and technology node.

  • Have existing company and customer contacts in the territory

  • Maintain a CRM database for Opportunity & Project tracking

  • Work independently

  • Be an aggressive salesperson

  • Have worked as a sales representative or with sales representatives in the Semiconductor industry

  • Develop and maintain customer relationships through sales calls for over 100 product lines in the Semiconductor processing realm.

  • Forecast sales activity

  • Evaluate the marketplace and determine new market / product opportunities

A must...

  • Typically requires BS/BA in related discipline. Minimum, 10 years of experience in related field; certification is required in some areas

  • Point of sales (POS) system or consultative selling/solution selling experience is required

  • Knowledge of customer business needs

  • Knowledge of Semitorr product lines and core customers

Environmental Job Requirements...

  • Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.

  • Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.

  • Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.
