Overview
This is a remote role that may be hired in several markets across the United States. The Systems Integration Operations team is seeking a Software Engineer to support our API integration application suite and messaging services. We operate in a 24X7 environment providing operations level support to ensuring our ecosystem is resilient, stable, current, and complies with any/all audit requirements. This particular role with have responsibility for ensuring our system upgrades are flawless, providing rotational on-call production support, documentation control and partnering with our analysts during change windows and disaster recovery exercises. Current technical stack consists of Tibco products, enabling our API ecosystem. This position is responsible for providing advanced technical support to Microservices and middleware systems. Analyzes existing and proposed data processing systems or procedures that improve processing capabilities. Assists the installation of programs and procedures developed in coordination with end user groups. Enhances data processing systems and procedures through system analysis, coding, testing, and other activities that facilitate technical business objectives. Responsibilities
Qualifications Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of experience in Application software programming OR High School Diploma or GED and 6 years of experience in Application software programming Preferred Area of Study: Computer Science Preferred Area of Experience: TIBCO Business Works, TIBCO messaging; License or Certification Type: null Skill(s): Experience with middleware platforms such as TIBCO Business Works; Enterprise Messaging Service; Experience with Groovy Scripts, Jenkins, Puppet and Azure Git or similar code repository system; Experience with Linux Based systems and shell scripting; Experience with Dyna Trace, Splunk or similar logging and observability tools; Experience with ServiceNow or other information technology service ticketing systems, Knowledge of System Life Cycle Development methodology (like Waterfall and Agile), Ability to be on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, on a rotating basis This job posting is expected to remain active for 45 days from the initial posting date listed above. The base pay for this position is generally between $82,000 and $120,000. Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law.
