All about the role:

The Service Desk Agent will have a strong desire to learn about Electrolux and its IT applications, including software provided by IBM, Microsoft, and ServiceNow. As a Service Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our employees, providing technical support and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems.

Where you'll be:

This position will be based in the HQ, Charlotte Office, North Carolina.

What you'll do:

  • Provide first-level technical support to employees via phone, email, and chat.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues related to software, hardware, and network connectivity.

  • Document and track incidents and requests in the ServiceNow ticketing system.

  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams as needed.

  • Assist with the deployment and maintenance of IT applications and systems.

  • Participate in training and development programs to stay current with industry trends and technologies.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Previous experience in a service desk or technical support role is a plus.

  • Strong knowledge of IT applications, including software provided by IBM, Microsoft, and ServiceNow.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
