Summary:

The Project Manager supports the Vivint Sales Programs in all matters relating to sales, operations, and support. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and a drive for providing exceptional customer service.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel for the assigned projects.
• Takes inquiries and requests from sales management and addresses their concerns.
• Maintains accurate records, documents, and rosters and keeps track of any contract updates and renewals.
• Meets regularly with other members of the Operations team to discuss progress and find new ways to improve the program.
• Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates needs on an ongoing basis for the Projects Assigned.
• Build and drive program projects across multiple business verticles, maintaining ownership of the project and delivering on committed timelines.

Required Skills:

• Professional experience in a sales or sales support role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Organizational skills and good attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously

Required Education/Experience:

Four-year college degree from an accredited institution preferred or equivalent combination of work experience in the Sales Field.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
