Job Summary

The Partner Development Manager for Cloud Go To Market (GTM) is responsible for supporting and developing partners with the overall GTM strategy globally for NetApp's Cloud business. This role is focused on fostering engagement, generating additional pipeline and revenue, and promoting the partner-led business model.

Responsibilities
  • Help guide the Cloud GTM strategy and business plans
  • Build relationships with partner sales, marketing, and technical teams.
  • Align NetApp partner sellers, leaders, and account teams in the territory.
  • Advocate for partners and develop actionable strategies using account intelligence.
  • Contribute to joint account plans with partner and sales teams
  • Build, manage, and forecast the solution area pipeline.
  • Active participation in joint sales pursuits
Skills and Competencies
  • Strong sales skills to drive new revenue opportunities for NetApp and ensure partner success.
  • Effective at influencing all levels within the partner's organization, including executives.
  • Skilled in negotiating and resolving complex situations to positive outcomes without harming relationships.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with cross-functional teams to build broad and collaborative relationships with partners.
  • Deep understanding of the industry ecosystem, including partner business models, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
  • Extensive business knowledge of cloud technologies and business models.
Education and Experience
  • Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or equivalent work experience.

Compensation:
The target salary range for this position is $233k - $301k. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. The range is based on 'On Target Earnings' (OTE) representing the total potential earnings, which is the sum of the base salary and potential commission earned when performance targets are achieved. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU's). These offerings are subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies. We will provide detailed information about the specific benefits for your region during the recruitment process.
