Join our dedicated team at Gundersen Tri-County as a Patient Liaison! We are seeking a compassionate and proactive individual to serve as the vital link between our patients and healthcare providers. In this role, you will ensure that patients receive the highest level of customer service and care.

What's Available:

• .9 FTE = 36 hours/week (Flexible schedule)
• Hours would vary Monday-Friday 5:30am - 11:00pm primary days, with possible weekends.
• Location - Primarily Whitehall, may also work in Blair, Independence, & Mondovi
• Departments: Specialty/ER Family Medicine

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience in an office setting requiring customer service responsibilities and Microsoft Windows.
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Team player and friendly
