Summary:

The Facility Coordinator will ensure that the workplace environment is safe, efficient, and well-maintained for team members and visitors. This role involves coordinating campus services, campus monitoring and safety, managing vendor relationships, overseeing Maintain X, and supporting general facility-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Truck Lot Management:
  • Coordinating new tenants and accounts
  • Be the Service Representative for tenants
2. Vendor Management:
  • Coordinate/Manage Campus Services Vendors
3. Daily Campus Monitoring:
  • Coordinate Security for the Campus
  • Walk parking lot to ensure safety
  • Audit Parking Passes
4. Manage Maintain X:
  • Help prioritize maintenance request
  • Monitor Parts Inventory

What you Bring to Pacific Seafood:

Required:

  • High school diploma or GED

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, or related field
  • Experience in a manufacturing or food processing
