Summary: The Facility Coordinator will ensure that the workplace environment is safe, efficient, and well-maintained for team members and visitors. This role involves coordinating campus services, campus monitoring and safety, managing vendor relationships, overseeing Maintain X, and supporting general facility-related tasks. Key Responsibilities: 1. Truck Lot Management: Coordinating new tenants and accounts Be the Service Representative for tenants 2. Vendor Management: Coordinate/Manage Campus Services Vendors 3. Daily Campus Monitoring: Coordinate Security for the Campus Walk parking lot to ensure safety Audit Parking Passes 4. Manage Maintain X: Help prioritize maintenance request Monitor Parts Inventory What you Bring to Pacific Seafood: Required: High school diploma or GED Preferred: Bachelor's degree in business administration, or related field Experience in a manufacturing or food processing Total Compensation At Pacific Seafood, your base wage is only a portion of your overall compensation package.
