See Yourself as a Product Development Intern

As a Product Development Intern at Radian, you will work closely with our experienced product owners, engineers, and designers to support the development of new products and the enhancement of existing ones on the Real Estate Services team. This role will provide you with valuable insights into the product development process, from concept to market launch, and offer a chance to make meaningful contributions.

See Your Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive products.

  • Analyze data to support product development decisions and strategy.

  • Assist in gathering and interpreting customer feedback to inform product improvements.

Product Design and Development:

  • Collaborate with the product development team to brainstorm and conceptualize new product ideas.

  • Assist in creating prototypes, sketches, and product specifications.

  • Support the testing and validation of prototypes, documenting results and providing recommendations.

Project Management:

  • Assist in project planning and coordination, ensuring timelines and milestones are met.

  • Assist in tracking project progress and reporting on key metrics and deliverables.

  • Participate in team meetings, providing updates and contributing to discussions.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Help prepare technical documentation, user manuals, and training materials.

  • Compile and present research findings, test results, and individual task project updates.

  • Maintain organized records of all product development activities and documentation.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work with cross-functional teams, including marketing, engineering, and sales, to ensure product alignment and successful launches.

  • Support VP, Product Owner in product launch activities, including internal training and customer communications.

  • Currently enrolled in a College/University program as a junior, senior, or graduate student, in Product Design, Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a creative mindset.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with design software is a plus.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Passion for product development and innovation.

Prior Work Experience: Less than 6 months

Program Requirements
Interns will be required to participate in specific workshops and events in addition to their intern duties assigned by their people leader. This includes a 3-day in-person event held at the end of July 2025 at our Wayne, PA headquarters.
