This position is accountable for managing the account relationship in the designated market for Caliber Collision. The incumbent will be responsible for assisting Caliber Collision achieve their paint department financial and production goals. The incumbent will work directly with the Caliber Collision Account Manager to achieve the account's financial and production objectives by devising, implementing and executing appropriate programs and processes to achieve the objectives set forth on an ongoing basis. The incumbent is also responsible to take a lead role in working directly with the Caliber Account Manager to ensure our programs and processes are implemented across the Caliber Collision locations doing business with Sherwin-Williams. The incumbent oversees the implementation of "best practices" and procedures across the Caliber locations to ensure consistency, timeliness, and increased productivity.
