Adjunct Faculty - ABSN - Perinatal- Dallas Dallas / Ft. Worth 40576BR Position Description Contributes to the university's mission through teaching, research and service, some variation by academic unit. Major/Essential Functions Is a non-tenure position providing didactic or clinical teaching support for the Accelerated BSN Program. Reports directly to the Accelerated BSN Program Director. Assists with didactic and clinical instruction and/or evaluation in a specified clinical area or in the simulation lab, as assigned. Provides feedback to faculty regarding student performance and learning achievements. Provides subject matter expertise on course content, as assigned. Perform other duties as assigned to support the academic mission of the Health Sciences Center and the School of Nursing. Required Qualifications * Master's degree in Nursing required. Doctoral degree in Nursing preferred. * All degrees must be from an accredited college or university. * Unencumbered licensure as a registered nurse in the State of Texas.
