We are currently seeking a Controller to join our Finance Department in New Richmond, WI. This full-time, exempt position plays a critical role in maintaining the integrity and accuracy of financial records, supporting operational excellence, and driving strategic decision-making through financial insights and leadership. The hours for this position are during core business hours, 8AM-5PM Monday-Friday.

• Oversee financial reporting, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and internal controls.
• Train, mentor, and supervise Accounting, Accounts Payable, Payroll, and Credit/Collections staff.
• Collaborate with Corporate Finance on accounting policy development and implementation.
• Manage site-level treasury activities, including cash disbursements and customer credit.
• Partner with Operations to ensure accurate product costing and analyze key cost drivers.
• Maintain and enforce internal controls in compliance with JSOX standards.
• Drive continuous improvement within financial processes and reporting.
• Lead monthly forecasting and annual budgeting processes.
• Coordinate internal and external audits related to New Richmond financials and controls.
• Manage regulatory compliance for the New Richmond site.
• Support Corporate Finance and leadership with special projects and strategic initiatives.
• Provide financial analysis and support to cross-functional departments as needed.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; CPA or CMA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in financial reporting, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Prior supervisory experience required.

• Proficiency in U.S. GAAP; knowledge of IFRS and multi-currency consolidations.
• Strong cost accounting skills and experience with Percentage-of-Completion accounting.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP and business intelligence systems is preferred.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communicator with the ability to work across teams and interact with senior leadership.
• Flexible and adaptable to changes in business structure (e.g., mergers, acquisitions, divestitures).
