JOB DESCRIPTION: SUMMARY OF POSITION Directs and leads a team of professionals, providing supervision and development. Develops and facilitates Crisis Services training. Directs various crisis services grant projects including infrastructure development and grant reporting. Provides leadership and oversite of Stride Diversion Center, Mobile Crisis teams, and other crisis services. Participates in statewide, regional and local committees as a representative of Centerstone. Develops protocols and policies for Crisis Services. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
QUALIFICATIONS Education Level Master's degree in counseling with a preference for MSW and must be license eligible. Years of Experience Minimum of 2 years of experience in program implementation/ development, program supervision and oversight. Experience with managing a program budget preferred. Certification/Licensure License eligible PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Task Percentage of Time/Frequency Standing - 20% Sitting - 80% Squatting - occasional Driving - occasional Kneeling - occasional Lifting - occasional Bending - occasional Time Type: Full timePay Range: $90,000.00--$135,030.00Delivering care that changes people's lives starts with our employees.
