Ancillary Supplies Coordinator - FSP

Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for ASM study team support for assigned clinical studies.

• Creates, maintains, and updates study protocol forecasts in SAP for assigned studies

• Prepares study SASI and maintains as required though out life of study.

• Conducts weekly operational shipment meeting with ASM protocol team members for shipment monitoring.

• Follows process for submission of material master requests.

• Works with Equipment Specialists and Purchasing Specialists as needed on supply and equipment issues and order preparation activities

• Provides Inventory Controller material list for study material scrapping at study close out

• Generates study reports in support of supply replenishment activities

• Works with Business Analysts as needed

• Interacts with ASM vendors in preparation for material ordering

• Perform information/data collection activities for material ordering

Experience Requirement:

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience

• Supply chain experience is a plus

• Effective communications and attention to detail required

• Prior experience in distribution and supply chain preferred

• SAP experience is a plus.

Educational Requirement

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
