Description

Under supervision of the P.I. and an appointed SRA, assist in developing computational models for text data and proteomic data for computation and proteomics data analytics in the Cardiovascular Data Science Lab. Assist in design, execution and troubleshoot analysis workflow. Assist in maintaining excellent, comprehensive, written laboratory records in standard English. Participate in shared lab upkeep duties with other lab members. Work cooperatively with other lab personnel. Work safely as instructed by the PI.

Qualifications

1. Ability to perform data analysis using software and other computer programs.	ALL	Required
2. Ability to use computers to accurately enter data.	ALL	Required
3. Knowledge of accepted/approved procedures in working with data sciences.	ALL	Required
4. Knowledge of clouding computing in data sciences.	ALL	Preferred/willing to train
5. Ability to follow instructions and protocols to perform assignments with minimal supervision.	ALL	Required
6. Demonstrated writing skills for generating basic laboratory protocols and to insuring acceptable record/data keeping.	ALL	Required
7. Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and to carry out verbal instructions. Skills in communicating clearly, effectively, and to convey information accurately in a professional manner.	ALL	Required
8. Demonstrated ability to work as a member of the team.	ALL	Required
