Job Title: Program Manager II Duration: 12 Months Contract Location: Bellevue, WA 98006 (Hybrid - 3 days onsite) Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Strategic Transformation team within the Supply Chain division. The program manager will play a crucial role in supporting strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing the efficiency, effectiveness, and overall performance of our supply chain operations. This position requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across various departments. Key Responsibilities Process Improvement: Assist in the development and implementation of process improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing supply chain operations. Conduct root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions. Project Support: Provide analytical support for strategic transformation projects, including project planning, execution, and monitoring. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met. Performance Metrics: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of supply chain strategies. Generate insights and provide recommendations for continuous improvement. Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to gather information, share findings, and facilitate decision-making processes. Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret supply chain data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus. 2-4 years of experience in supply chain analysis, strategic planning, or a related role. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization software. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to diverse audiences. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities. Knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices. Preferred Skills Experience with supply chain management software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. Project management experience or certification (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma). Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
