Support the overall RFx Process and Engagement offering and program initiative. Effectively capture, qualify, coordinate, and manage all company RFx response efforts to ensure thorough, high-quality, AHEAD branded, compliant, winning submissions.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Project manage the completion of RFx requests from intake to submission
  • Assist to review and process all incoming RFx related Services Requests in a timely manner
  • Continually follow-up on intake action items for sales team members until complete (i.e. provide the Opportunity Amount/Margin/Revenue fields, ensure RFx docs and a completed Intake Scoring Form are provided and attached, a Services Request for OA to Create a Teams Channel has been created, etc.)
  • Engage the legal team to assign each response effort to a member of AHEAD's Corporate Counsel
  • Coordinate and facilitate a Go or No Go call, if necessary, before proceeding with providing RFx Team support
  • Setup and organize each RFx response effort by performing the following:
  • Gather and download all required RFx Docs and organize into their appropriate folders
  • Develop a Response Roadmap prior to the initial response call, outline the core response details (opportunity details, team, folder links, etc.), build out a response timeline and corresponding milestones, provide instructions for question submission, outline the required content assignments, notate any specific action items, coordinate the initial call, and drive the response effort moving forward
  • Schedule and facilitate the initial response call, communicate all required deadlines and meetings, identify appropriate roles and responsibilities, and assign specific content responsibilities to the appropriate team members
  • Schedule and drive subsequent team cadence calls, strategy sessions and/or color reviews throughout the response effort (Yellow and Green), continually monitor progress and escalate to additional resources or leadership as needed
  • Work with the Deliverables team to prepare any required AHEAD branded RFx templates and/or working documents needed to develop the response, following specific RFx format instructions and requirements
  • Work with the Deliverables team to review, format and assemble final response documents to ensure the response meets and/or exceeds the RFx requirements before submitting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customer success, finance, P&C, legal, marketing, operations, practices, security, as well as external subcontractor(s) and vendor specific contacts as needed
Qualifications
  • 1-3 years training and education experience
  • Experience with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Open to various backgrounds
  • Independent self-starter, effective team player with creative problem solving skills to help the organization achieve its earnings objectives
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to articulate needs
  • Ability to instantly build rapport
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational and time management skills
  • Adaptable/Ability to react to situations
  • Ability to work independently on projects with minimal supervision
  • Work effectively and efficiently under pressure
  • Understands general business principles

The compensation range indicated in this posting reflects the On-Target Earnings ("OTE") for this role, which includes a base salary and any applicable target bonus amount. This OTE range may vary based on the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
