Pay: From $25.50/hourly

Schedule: Part-Time, 30 hours a week

Shifts: Monday 8:00 AM-12:00 PM, Tuesday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, Wednesday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, Thursday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, Friday 1:00 PM-5:00 PM

Location: Primary location Pacific Street with floating to all other locations.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Provides safe, accurate and clinically competent direct care based on patient needs.
  • Obtains vital signs and height/weight and documents in a thorough, accurate and timely manner in the electronic medical record (EMR).
  • Provide relevant patient education.
  • Manage patient requests for refills of prescription medications in a timely manner.

Who We're Looking For:
* LPN with current state license (new grads encouraged!)
* BLS certification required
* A caring, adaptable nurse with strong communication and critical thinking skills

Physical & Safety Requirements:
* Able to perform physical tasks and respond to emergencies in a clinical setting
