Join the V3 Team and take your career to the next level! We are looking for an experienced Transportation Road Engineer to join our Transportation Group in our Indianapolis, IN office. This position will provide transportation design and consulting services for public sector clients in the greater Indianapolis regional area. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and design road infrastructure projects, including highways, streets and intersections.
  • Conduct site assessments and surveys to gather data for project planning.
  • Prepare detailed engineering plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and standards.
  • Monitor and manage project timelines
  • Manage client relationships to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
  • Perform quality assurance reviews of road designs completed by others.
  • Collaborate with internal V3 teams on the delivery of multi-disciplinary projects.
  • Perform other duties as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering
  • Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required.
  • 5 - 10 years of related experience on transportation projects for INDOT, local municipalities and counties.
  • Proficient in MicroStation, OpenRoads and related software.
