Pay: $19.75/hr

Shift: 3rd Shift - Monday to Friday, 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM (with occasional overtime on Saturdays)

As a Machine Operator, your responsibilities will include:



  • Monitoring and reporting on employee performance
  • Verifying cases per hour and setting up Arpac machines
  • Conducting equipment adjustments and troubleshooting machinery breakdowns
  • Clearing jams and performing changeovers
  • Cross-training on all machinery
  • Verifying code dates, components, and production quantities
  • Ensuring no extra components are left on the floor
  • Training new employees




Qualifications:



  • At least 1 year of machine operating experience
  • Must have experience working in repack.
  • Minimum 1 year of lead experience
  • Ability to lift 25 to 50 pounds occasionally
