Receptionist/Administrative Clerk

As a corporate receptionist at Kearfott, you'll be instrumental in maintaining a professional and welcoming front desk environment while supporting administrative operations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Greeting clients, visitors, and staff with a professional and courteous demeanor and managing check-ins with efficiency.
  • Adhering to security protocols by managing visitor logs, issuing access badges, and monitoring building entry procedures.
  • Performing clerical tasks related to import and export functions
  • Filling out shipper declarations for import/export

Required Skills, Experience, and Qualifications

Must-have:

  • Bi-lingual English and Spanish
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to handle client interactions and professional correspondence.
  • Multitasker
  • Detail-oriented
  • Mathematically inclined
  • Proficiency in using office software, including Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling tools.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Nice-to-have:

  • Previous experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant in a corporate environment.
  • Knowledge of security protocols or experience handling sensitive data.
  • Post-secondary education is a plus.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S., Visa sponsorship is not available
