WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR At Momentum we believe in delivering solutions to our clients that are anchored in Insights and Analytics. This is an entry level role. The Analyst is an important component of the Analytics team. From using proprietary measurement tools, to structuring and analyzing data, implementing and interpreting models that feed business-improving insights, and putting it all together into presentations that bring the story to life for our clients; Analysts work closely with the rest of the team to help execute the broader vision for their account, and to continually evolve our Analytical Insights and solutions. The ideal candidate should be intellectually curious and have an evidence-based approach to decision-making, have a definitive point of view and share it in a positive way, and get excited by a good challenge. We are looking for prior experience in marketing analytics, ideally in the digital creative and media space, but this isn't necessarily a requirement. At least 1-3 years of prior professional experience is highly desired. A successful candidate for this role will demonstrate the following behaviors:

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL DO (RESPONSIBILITIES)
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data sources
- Articulate and present findings across multiple mediums (email, MS Word, PowerPoint, verbally, through visualization dashboards, infographics, etc.)
- Make strategic recommendations to describe not just what the results are but what they mean
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Perform industry and competitive analysis to stay abreast of new technologies, vendor capabilities, and client opportunities
- Measurement planning, ensuring the business benefits derived from Momentum programming/strategy are measured and managed on an ongoing basis
- Trend spotting, looking for correlations or relationships between performance factors, outcomes ore measures
- Strategic prioritizing strategies and recommendations based on ROI calculations
- Segmentation analysis, looking at ways to segment audiences and communicate them through various marketing channels
- Landscape benchmarking
- Strategic prioritizing strategies and recommendations based on ROI calculations
- Knowledge mapping and insights creation through third party and client data
- Auditing and Optimization recommendations for existing client measurement program across disciplines such as: Social Media, Sponsorship, Trade Shows, Music, etc.
- Interpret, document and present/communicate analytical results to multiple business disciplines, providing conclusions and recommendations
- Supporting Momentum's values

HERE'SWHATWE'RELOOKINGFOR(QUALIFICATIONS&REQUIREMENTS)
- Bachelor's Degree required. Ideally in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Biology, Social Science or Computer Science
- 1 to 2 years of applicable data analytics experience in measurement, analytics, including social media, digital display, website, eCommerce, mobile apps, CRM or other relevant areas
- Applicable Intern experience desired
- Agency experience strongly desired
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, SpitFire, QlikView) preferred
- Experience with Google Looker Studio/Google Data Studio is preferred
- Familiarity with data structure and workflows (e.g. databases, data storage, API's) preferred
- Experience with SQL is preferred
- Working knowledge of industry measurement tools such as Omniture, Google Analytics, Core Metrics
- Measurement planning/frameworks, data presentation and analysis
- Category experience around analytics - exposure to organic search, paid media, video and mobile measurement.
- Proven ability to work with and understand large datasets including transactional, social media, email analytics
- Ability to create client databases (i.e Microsoft Access) and conduct Queries when needed
- Proven ability to synthesize and present multi-source reports for clients
- Excellent understanding of advance web searching techniques
- Strong Proficiency within Microsoft Excel (i.e. Crosstabbing, Graphing, etc.)
- Strong Proficiency within Microsoft Powerpoint/Keynote (Graphing, Formatting, etc.)
- Strong project management, organizational and strategic thinking skills
- Detail-oriented and articulate with strong communications skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Highly motivated and capable of both working independently and with a team
- Exceptional relationship and influencing skills
- Passion and solution-oriented approach to problem solving
- Exceptional verbal & written communication skills and adept at communicating effectively across all levels
- Highly developed presentation and delivery skills

SALARY RANGE The salary range for this position is $50,000 to $70,000. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; market considerations; location and region; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee's/applicant's background, pertinent experience, and qualifications.
