Participates in scheduled and impromptu reviews of client treatment plans; makes adjustments to treatment plans as agreed upon by the team. Responsibilities Client Service: Qualifications Education: Bachelor's Degree Required in Human Services, Social Services or related field. Master's Degree preferred. Experience: One year of experience required working in the behavioral health field. License(s)/Certification(s): Valid driver's license when driving any vehicle for work-related reasons. Adult CPR, First Aid and Mandatory Dependent Adult Abuse certification. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Ability to speak read and write fluent English. Ability to read and comprehend common terminology of the mental health field. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from clients, medical professionals, management, staff and the public. Ability to communicate with a variety of persons with various illnesses. |
