Enterprise Business Services (EBS) is overhauling several end-to-end processes to deliver a quality service to its internal users (i.e., BUs) and external customers and suppliers globally. What You'll Do
In this role, you will focus on identifying, analysing, and improving business processes to maximize efficiency, effectiveness and customer experiences. This includes utilizing process modelling and lean optimization techniques to enhance processes and drive better outcomes. You will specifically be leading process improvement initiatives within Procure-to-Pay (PtP) operations while fostering a sustainable culture of continuous improvement. This will involve applying proven methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean Thinking, and other best practices What You'll Need
