Overview
This is a remote role that may be hired in several markets within Eastern Time or Central Time across the United States including AL, AR, CT, DE, IA, IN, KS, KY, LA, ME, MS, NC, NH, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, VA, VT, WV. The Senior Consultant, Learning & Talent Development leads the instructional design project management and communication initiatives for compliance training across the bank. The primary responsibilities will be managing instructional design projects, engaging SMEs/stakeholders to develop training, communicating needs, designing new courses, and enhancing existing courses. This position leverages creative skills to implement innovative solutions to training needs. Guides projects to ensure effectiveness and alignment with overall business strategy and culture, and develops process enhancements to maximize results. Mentors and provides direction for less experienced associates in the work group. A successful candidate must be adaptable and able to train for a variety of delivery methods, including e-learning, online webinars, video and live sessions. The position requires flexibility, but also needs to be able to focus and deliver against hard deadlines. Responsibilities
Qualifications Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Learning & Talent Development or Human Resources OR High School Diploma or GED and 10 years of experience in Learning & Talent Development or Human Resources Preferred Area of Experience: Financial Services Preferred Skills:
