Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work Onsite with our client in Merritt Island, FL. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

• They will support all activities related to MGSE used in the production line.
• They will be a point of contact in the clean room for all MGSEs related activities and support as needed.
• They will manage the mechanical and assembly activities of the FAL and assembly processes.
• They will identify pain points on the FAL and propose solutions to mitigate them.
• Depending on the solution proposed, you may design, implement, and validate it on the FAL.
• They will support the implementation of changes to the FAL mechanical equipment resulting from changes to flight/ground designs or processes.
• They will support the improvement of the FAL manufacturing processes.
• They will manage the FAL's MGSE maintenance, calibration, and related activities.
• Support the manufacturing engineers and technicians on all topics concerning MGSE.
• Develop comprehensive familiarity and expertise with manufacturing processes, satellite configurations, and manufacturing process requirements (work instructions, non-conformances, rework procedures) on all the modules and FAL.
• Support the manufacturing engineers and technicians for MGSE usage and manage troubleshooting activities.
• Manage MGSE implementation, maintenance, and repair for the FAL.
• Manage MGSE calibration-related activities.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a clean room environment

• Associate's Degree
• Must be able to review and understand written and electronic procedures and technical documents in English.
• Understanding of precision cleaning and handling/maintaining clean hardware/systems
• Verbal French or Spanish.
