Description
JOB PURPOSE: The Employment Services Case Manager will identify and develop optimal employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities, while providing support to clients and empowering them to obtain and maintain employment. Qualifications

EDUCATION: High School Diploma or GED required Undergraduate degree in social work, social sciences, psychology, disability services, or related field from an accredited college or university preferred. Minimum of 1 year of experience relevant to the position, 1 year of experience working with youth (14-24), and 2 years of experience working with individuals experiencing homelessness. LICENSES: Driver's License with clean record required. VEHICLE: Valid driver's license, access to an automobile, insurance, and willingness to drive to off-site locations required. Able and willing to travel around Houston and surrounding areas up to 75% of time. WORK LOCATION: Must be able to work from home in a private space and on-site location.
