Purpose As the Commercial Applications Administrator/Manager/Liaison, you will support Business-led priorities in the design, development, delivery, and continued optimization of technical systems and applications used by the Commercial Banking division. Within this operational role, you will regularly liaise with technical teams, including Enterprise Applications & Integrations and external vendors. Position Responsibilities
- Supports the configuration and maintenance of Commercial Banking systems or applications used to support processes and reporting for the Commercial Bank (e.g. Abrigo loan origination system (LOS), White Clay customer profitability tool, KlariVis dashboard reporting tool).
- Develops a deep understanding of the loan and deposit origination and management processes, identifies areas for improvement, and develops and implements solutions using Bank systems/applications.
- Collaborates with Commercial Sales and supporting teams (e.g. EAI, Credit, Loan & Deposit Operations, Product, Business Intelligence, etc.) to outline and execute business requirements that improve process efficiency, reduce costs, and deliver enhanced internal and external customer experiences.
- Guides the prioritization of Business-requested improvements or bug fixes within existing systems/applications.
- Manages vendor application updates and partners with Commercial Bank teammates to effectively integrate and deploy enhancements.
- Stays up-to-date on new integrations and modules, providing guidance to management on areas for additional investment that would further the goal of operational efficiency and promote sales success.
- Leads the continuous improvement efforts of Commercial Bank applications with close collaboration with Commercial Sales leaders and management.
- Supports efforts to drive towards a consistent sales process through strategic use of Bank applications.
- Contributes to the development and maintenance of the SalesForce CRM system.
- Escalates concerns as needed to ensure successful prioritization and completion of outstanding systems/applications improvements or changes.
- Partners with the Sales Operations & Enablement Lead to develop and implement robust change management plans for system/application updates.
- Develops and maintains knowledge-based training resources for new and existing users in partnership with the Sales Operations & Enablement Lead.
- Collaborates with the Commercial Business Analyst to provide data from various applications that empowers commercial sales and management efforts.
Technical Knowledge and Skills
- 2+ years of related application support and process optimization work.
- Experience executing technical projects and initiatives.
- Experience in designing, testing, and enhancing technical systems and applications.
- Experience mapping and optimizing operational processes.
- Experience in Commercial Lending Services or another Commercial Financial Services field strongly desired.
- Experience building and rolling out sales tools is strongly desire.
- Experience with Abrigo or similar Loan Origination applications Experience with SalesForce or similar CRM applications.
- Experience with dashboard reporting tools.
- Experience with project management.
- Self-driven and detail-oriented approach.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Excellent management and communication skills to coordinate with clients and stakeholders including the sales team.
- Excellent analysis skills.
- Ability to solve or escalate issues with sound judgment.
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams and build strong relations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite of productivity applications. (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Ability to travel within a defined market area.
Working Arrangements
- This is a hybrid role expected to work in office Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. You will be able to work remotely on Wednesday.
- Open to 100% remote candidates dependent upon experience.
Compensation:
- Base Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000 annually. Final determination of where you are at in the salary range is based on numerous factors such as relevant experience, skill set, education, and ability to meet qualifications within the job description.
- Additional Compensation: This role will include a yearly annual target bonus based on individual performance.
