Title: Zone Maintenance Mechanic 1

Department: Facilities

Position Type: Full Time, Day Shift Shift 7-3:30pm

Location: Baltimore, MD 21205

Responsibilities: The employee performs inspection, maintenance, and repair work on building systems and components under general supervision, using tools and techniques from various technologies, including electrical, carpentry, mechanical, and plumbing.

Requirements: 5 years related work experience in a multi-complex maintenance environment.

The full-time equivalent in trades programs may count toward the 5-year work experience requirement.

Salary Range: Minimum $26.96/hour - Maximum $31.30/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.

In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
