Requirements



  • 2+ years of experience
  • Knowledgeable in ERP databases and processing purchase orders



Customer Service Representative Job Responsibilities



  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls to customers
  • Process purchase orders efficiently
  • Update customers on the current status of their orders
  • Fully manage customer needs as they pertain to orders
  • Check stock and expedite products as needed
  • Maintain a high level of customer service
  • Maintain basic knowledge of Toshiba products



1st Shift | Temp-to-hire | $25 per hour
