Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital is a premiere clinical and academic health system, providing expert pediatric care for infants, children and teens with some of the most challenging medical problems. With more than half of the 259 beds in our teaching hospital devoted to intensive care level services, we are the regional pediatric referral center for Florida's west coast. Physicians and community hospitals count on us to care for critically ill patients and perform complex surgical procedures. Position Summary: The purpose of this position is to assist in the preparation and packaging of medications, distribution and delivery of medications, maintenance of proper inventory levels of medications, and maintenance of appropriate records and documentation under the supervision of the pharmacist. Contributes to the goals of the department by assisting the pharmacist in the preparation of medications for dispensing at a demonstrated level of safe practice as defined by the Florida State Board of Pharmacy and JHACH policy. Along with other members of the Pharmacy, is responsible for providing medications to meet high standards of patient care provided by JHACH. Salary Range: Minimum $23.00/hour - Maximum $23.00/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
