Overview
Colliers Engineering & Design is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our Architecture team in our McLean, VA office! The Senior Project Manager will participate in the conceptual design of a project and provides full support through every phase of an architectural project. Ideally this person has expertise in the federal market, with experience working with or for significant federal agencies such as the USACE, DOD, DOS, (and/or Civilian Federal Agencies like the DHS, DOI, GSA, and VA) and can provide SME (subject matter expertise) in areas of programming, project management, design, and design/specification process/protocols. Familiarity with Design/Bid/Build and Design/Build delivery systems is preferred. This position is an excellent opportunity to lead a growing building's practice with client facing and business development opportunities. The Senior Project Manager liaises with the Federal Initiative Team, regional staff, other architects/architectural designers, and consultants, will provide mentoring as needed, develops and represents lead technical viewpoint on projects and coordinates with Project Architects/Project Managers on appropriate technical solutions and QA/QC reviews.
