Position Title: Director, CRM Salary Range: $129,780 - $153,470 Department: Technology Reports to: Sr. Director, Contact Center Solutions Location: Remote Schedule: M-F, 35 hours This role is endowed/subsidized through September 2026, with the possibility of renewal based on performance and funding. Position Overview: The Director, CRM Salesforce will lead the implementation, configuration, and integration of our Salesforce CRM platform. This leadership role will oversee the technology roadmap, ensure the platform aligns with business objectives, and drive efficiencies for our programs.You will be responsible for Salesforce CRM environment at Vibrant Emotional Health, including setting the vision and strategy for the program, advancing best practices and guiding cross functional operations to achieve objectives. You are a strategic leader who will be responsible for driving innovation to ensure we deliver best-in-class services. Duties/Responsibilities:
