Responsibilities

Are you ready to lead a dynamic team and transform the lives of young people? At Newport Healthcare, we're on a mission to provide exceptional care and support to our clients and their families. We're looking for a passionate and experienced Clinical Director to join our crew and help us rock the world of mental health treatment!

What You'll Be Doing:

As our Clinical Director, you'll be the captain of our clinical ship, steering all aspects of operations, programming, and treatment services. Y

Your Adventure Awaits:

Training Guru: Collaborate with our national clinical team to provide fun and engaging training sessions that keep our staff at the top of their game.

Caseload Wizard: Assign caseloads like a pro, ensuring every client and family gets the therapeutic magic they need while maximizing our team's potential.

Program Architect: Organize a clinical program schedule that adheres to our innovative treatment model and keeps everyone compliant and happy.

Team Cheerleader: Facilitate treatment team meetings and group supervision sessions that inspire collaboration and creativity.

Admission Maestro: Oversee the admission process with flair, making final approvals and coordinating with the Admissions Department like a boss.

Client & Family Champion: Focus on creating amazing experiences for clients and families through open communication and genuine care.

Crisis Navigator: Be the calm in the storm! Manage crisis situations and provide on-call support when needed.

Quality Assurance Hero: Drive quality assurance efforts and conduct monthly audits to ensure our clinical documentation is top-notch.

Family Fun Facilitator: Support Family Therapists in leading Saturday Family Program support groups and engaging psychoeducational presentations.


Qualifications

  • Master's degree in psychology, counseling, or social work required.
  • Licensed in Marriage Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or Social Work required.
  • Two years or more of relevant clinical experience with adolescents, young adults, and families, with mental health, substance abuse and co-occurring disordered populations.
  • Minimum of one-year experience in a residential setting.
  • Minimum of one-year supervisor experience.

Compensation for this role ranges from $98,786-$148,267 annually depending on education and experience.

We are committed to providing competitive and equitable compensation. An individual's pay rate within the posted range is determined by several factors, including skills, experience, education, and market conditions. Additionally, we consider internal equity to ensure fairness within our organization.
