Hours: 8:00am- 5:00pm

Shift: Monday - Friday

Salary: $20.00 - $23.00

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Complete the orders management process for physician orders. This includes daily processing of tasks that result in generation of orders needing to be sent or re-sent to the physician for signature.

2. Organize orders and send or deliver to each physician using his/her preferred method for receiving orders. Coordinate with physician offices to identify changes in preferred delivery method and/or ways the process can be streamlined with physician office agreement.

3. Must be in office to perform the job, including ability to facilitate preparation of orders, when required, for hand delivery and pick up orders from local physician offices and facilities.

4. Track outstanding orders and complete follow-up tasks per the established process, including escalation as needed, meeting established service line agreements (SLAs). Assist internal stakeholders with obtaining non-order documentation from external stakeholders, as deemed necessary.

5. Participate in meetings with branch staff and other support staff to assist in Accounts Receivable (AR) efforts, specifically focused on processes that would reduce UBR (unbilled revenue) for the branch. CML is responsible for adequate preparation, active participation, and completed follow-up action items associated with the meetings

If you meet these qualifications, we want to meet you!

• 1 - 3 years of experience. High school diploma required.
• Vocational or technical training in healthcare-related certification (CNA, MA) preferred.
• Demonstrates good verbal Able to maintain effective communication and build positive relationships with physicians, physician offices, referral sources, field, and office staff.
• Demonstrates good written Able to document and ensure information is clear and concise.
• Must have driver's license and able to travel locally to physician and facility offices to obtain order signatures and requirements.
