Visa and its subsidiaries maintain Identity, Authorization, and Fraud data across multiple systems developed and acquired over time. These comprehensive datasets, when effectively analyzed using Machine Learning/Artificial Intelligence, will yield network-agnostic tools to enhance authorization rates for our merchants and partners within the ecosystem. The Identity Graph consolidates these internal datasets along with relevant external data to construct a holistic 360-degree view of all individuals interacting with the ecosystem, thus enabling various use cases in identity-enabled fraud detection.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the data insights and discovery for Identity Graph & Unified Directory. You will work closely with product managers for Identity Graph and Unified Directory, understanding the key data needs to help them define the product strategy and roadmap. These platforms you will work closely touches nearly every Visa cardholder and client, supporting many other core services internally. This role is crucial in ensuring there is data driven insights baked in the product roadmap. This position reports to Visa's Senior Director, Identity Solutions.

The ideal candidate will operate with minimal guidance in a fast-paced and ambiguous work environment, translating high-level directives into detailed deliverables independently. We seek a highly motivated individual capable of taking ownership and delivering results without constant supervision. They must demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and executive presence, effectively communicating the vision and product to both internal stakeholders and external clients. We seek a highly skilled individual - someone who is technically proficient, can run queries to do data analysis and drive product strategy, is an innovative problem solver, and can work collaboratively with partners.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the unified directory team to understand their product needs and analyze the data in Identity Graph to provide insights on the product roadmap.
• Lead the long-term data roadmap for Identity Graph and explore internal and external partnerships to get more sources of data.
• Define key success metrics for POCs with vendors on partnership with Identity Graph.
• Summarize data insights that resonates with diverse audiences who may or may not be deep into the details.
• Work with data governance, legal & privacy teams to understand the contractual data rights for new data sources in each market for the use cases.
• Work with stakeholders across various geographical regions and Visa product teams to understand their specific needs from the product and provide articulate data insights
• Define requirements for data science teams to establish assurance levels, data cleansing, standardization rules, and identity resolution algorithms.
• Work with fellow product analysts based out of India to help connect the dots on various ongoing initiatives.

Basic Qualifications

• 2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or an Advanced

Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)

Preferred Qualifications

• 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or more than 2years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD,MD)
• Proven experience as a product analyst, preferably within a fintech company.
• Self-starter with the ability to take initiative, manage multiple projects, anddrive them forward to completion.
• Curious and driven, always seeking to learn, improve, and innovate in allaspects of the role.
• Analytical: Be able to break down a complex problem to identify necessarydata, organize it, and summarize it to present a cohesive story.
• Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the operational aspects of afraud risk model, including the ability to evaluate its effectiveness and otheressential metrics.
• Communications Skills: Clear, concise, and influential communication skillswith senior leaders and impeccable written communication in both prose and visual presentation.
• Critical Thinking: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with aknack for making data-driven decisions.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and Excel to run complex analytical studies.

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel5-10% of the time.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 105,800.00 to 149,550.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
