Location: Hobbs, NM

Pay Range: $20-$24/HR. (DOE)
Schedule: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM | 6 Days On, 3 Days Off

R360 Environmental Solutions, a Waste Connections company, is the nation's leading provider of oilfield waste management services. We're currently looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Night Shift Dispatcher to support our operations in Hobbs, NM. This role is essential to keeping our team on track and our customers satisfied-especially during critical overnight hours.

The Job:

• Coordinate and dispatch drivers based on customer requests and company procedures

• Monitor driver locations and progress to ensure timely service completion

• Answer and log calls from oil rigs and gas plants requesting equipment delivery or pickup

• Use GPS and mapping tools to assist drivers with directions

• Maintain accurate service records and internal documentation

• Communicate with internal departments to help resolve service issues

• Support drivers in real time with questions or service concerns

• Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and dispatch software tools effectively

Requirements:

• 2+ years of dispatcher experience in transportation or logistics (preferred)

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Courteous and professional phone/email manner

• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)

• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills

• Logical thinker and problem-solver in fast-paced environments
