Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have expertise in CSS 3.0 HTML 5 JQuery JavaScript ES5/ES6 Adobe Launch and Adobe Analytics. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects that drive our company's success and positively impact society.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain high-quality web applications using CSS 3.0 HTML 5 JQuery and JavaScript ES5/ES6
  • Implement and manage Adobe Launch and Adobe Analytics to ensure accurate data collection and reporting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features and enhancements
  • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues to improve application performance and user experience
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our applications remain competitive
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers to foster their growth and development
  • Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure best practices are followed
  • Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs
  • Create and maintain technical documentation to support ongoing development and maintenance
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and tools
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all development activities
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure project success.

Qualifications

  • Possess strong expertise in CSS 3.0 HTML 5 JQuery and JavaScript ES5/ES6
  • Have experience with Adobe Launch and Adobe Analytics for data collection and reporting
  • Demonstrate the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Show proficiency in troubleshooting and debugging web applications
  • Exhibit a strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and technical feasibility
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies
  • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior developers
  • Participate actively in code reviews to maintain high code quality
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with team members and stakeholders
  • Maintain technical documentation to support development activities
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering high-quality solutions that meet business needs.

Certifications Required

Adobe Certified Expert in Adobe Analytics JavaScript Developer Certification

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until 04/24/2025.

The annual salary for this position is between $90000 - $123000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
