Supporting the Idea to Retire (I2R) Digital Transformation (DT) workstream, the I2R Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) specialist is responsible for designing, building, testing, and implementing interactive experiences to enhance learning experiences that drive new application adoption. Organizations use DAPs to enhance employee adoption of new applications by providing contextual guidance, self-help support, and real-time analytics to improve onboarding and overall adoption through actionable insights.

What You'll Do
  • Collaborate with DT Transformational Change Management (TCM), I2R, and functional teams to design learning processes that prioritize ease of use through interactive guidance to enhance the employee experience.
  • Develop clear, comprehensive process maps and document essential requirements, embedding Digital Adoption Platforms (DAP) as part of the user journey to guide, educate, and simplify user interactions.
  • Use DAP to create user-friendly, efficient workflows that make it easy for employees to learn and adapt to new processes, ensuring faster adoption and a smooth transition.
  • Integrate learning content through DAPs into Lam applications, providing seamless and contextual learning experiences for users.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing and gather feedback to continuously improve the effectiveness and usability of DAP learning content.
  • Monitor and analyze DAP usage data and user feedback to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
  • Work closely with Change Management, TCM, I2R, and other DT workstreams, and Organizational Learning and Development to ensure alignment and support for training initiatives.
Who We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Human Resources, or a related field with a minimum of 8+ years related experience; or a Master's degree with 6+ years experience; or a PhD with 3+ years experience; or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of proven experience with digital adoption platforms (DAP) such as WalkMe, Whatfix, Pendo, or others.
  • 5+ years of experience designing content and delivering learning initiatives.
  • Demonstrable familiarity with UX/UI principles to enable a human-centered approach to DAP engagement.
  • Experience applying adult learning principles, theories, concepts, and development.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences and levels of the organization.
  • Comfortable with and adaptable to ambiguity and complexity in a matrixed organization.
  • Ability to design solutions using an iterative and collaborative approach and work collaboratively across organizational boundaries and leadership levels.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Located within 50 miles of the Tualatin, Oregon (US) location and able to travel within the US, up to 10%.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in complex product development environments with global technical teams, such as engineering and advanced research and development.
  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS), Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD) a plus.
  • Varied or non-traditional backgrounds are a plus.

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories - On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. 'On-site Flex' you'll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. 'Virtual Flex' you'll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
