Project Manager | Command Center

Transform your project management skills into impactful results! As a Project Manager, you will lead projects based on established plans, including the use of scope documents, goal deliverables, communications, and schedules. You will be responsible for ensuring quality by tracking the completion of project deliverables. We are seeking applicants with strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, a collaborative mindset and the ability & desire to the business and systems to help make the right decisions on how to implement business/system changes.

What you will be doing:

• Leads projects based on established project plans, including the use of scope documents, goal deliverables, communications, and schedules.
• Schedule and report project timelines and milestones.
• Identify and communicate potential risks, and assist with risk mitigation strategies.
• Plan, schedule, coordinate, and monitor final approval of project tasks through the complete project cycle.
• Provide support and coordination efforts to other functions as required.
• Communicate project information to stakeholders, design templates, create presentations, review/edit project deliverables, and maintain the project repository.
• Build working relationships across the organization and assist with the development of Project Management disciplines as required.
• Working with the business and development stakeholders to design and implement solutions
• Assist with testing the solutions that are being developed and implemented to ensure they are meeting both the system and business needs.
• Supporting customers and agents with system issues or questions they might have.

What you will likely bring:

• 3+ years of applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge.
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience).
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to identify and seek needed information/research skills.
• Ability to flush out the right business requirements and how best to implement those requirements
• Project management and scheduling skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
