Learning/Training Coordinator

Location: Hybrid


Overview:

Our client is seeking a Contract Learning & Development Coordinator to support the coordination of commercial learning activities. This role involves collaborating with field and home office stakeholders across many departments to ensure smooth execution of training programs. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.


Key Responsibilities:


  • New Hire Onboarding: Oversee the new hire training experience, including initial communication, material distribution, and ongoing support.



  • Program Coordination: Manage scheduling, logistics, and execution of training sessions.



  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with the Learning Team and other stakeholders to achieve department goals.



  • Participant Support: Provide assistance to training participants and instructors, addressing any concerns.



  • Learning Platform Management: Ensure the seamless operation of learning platforms, troubleshooting issues as needed.



  • Content Management: Create, organize, and maintain high-quality educational materials tailored to learner needs.



  • User & Technical Support: Assist users with platform navigation, resolving any technical difficulties.



  • Data Analysis: Track and analyze platform usage to assess program effectiveness and drive improvements.



  • Survey Administration: Develop and distribute surveys to collect participant feedback and measure training success.




Qualifications:


  • Education: Bachelor's degree required.



  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in coordinating educational programs or training sessions.



  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and SharePoint).



  • Project Management: Strong ability to manage multiple projects, resources, and deadlines.



  • Communication & Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse teams.



  • Analytical Abilities: Ability to evaluate program effectiveness and implement data-driven improvements.



  • Problem-Solving & Adaptability: Self-starter who can work independently and proactively resolve challenges.
