Job Description
The Opportunity The Office of the Dean of Students seeks candidates for the role of Associate Dean of Students. The Associate Dean of Students serves as a member of the Dean of Students' leadership team, providing oversight and support for the Division of Student Affairs and playing a key role in advancing student care, conduct, and success initiatives. This role involves direct administration of the student conduct system, including integrating restorative practices, managing high-level student care cases, and coordinating interventions for students in personal crises or disputes. The Associate Dean chairs the Behavioral Intervention Team, oversees policy review and revision of the student Honor Code, and supervises a Case Manager to ensure effective support for students. Additionally, the Associate Dean provides senior leadership and strategic oversight for one of the functional units within the Dean of Students Office, which may include: Housing & Residential Life.
