Job Description:

We are searching for a Software Engineer Level 3 to lead the integration and development of Over the Horizon Targeting (OTHT) services, data compliance, and software security. A day in the life includes:

*Leading software, data, and services migration planning and scheduling for use within customer directed environments
*Managing and supporting all source, binaries, containers, and virtual machine imagines.
*Leading Agile software development effort to include sprint reviews, stakeholder support, release, epic and sprint planning, as well as sprint documentation
*Oversee Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) of mission specific software migration, configuration control and implementation.
*Lead continuous information security support (to include IAVA patching and continued accreditation) for cloud-hosted and forward deployed system configurations.

The Level 3 Software Engineer shall possess the following capabilities:

*System software and data administration and management experience
*Management and support for all source, binaries, containers, and virtual machine images
*Support the integration of commercial off the shelf (COTS) and government off the shelf software
*Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) of mission specific software migration and implementation
*Agile software development to include sprint reviews, stakeholder support and sprint documentation.
*Technical information security support (to include IAVA patching and continued accreditation) for cloud-hosted and forward deployed system configurations.

Qualifications:

*Twenty (20) years of experience as a SWE in programs of similar scope and complexity is required.
*Four (4) years of additional SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.

Position requires active Security Clearance with appropriate Polygraph

Pay Range: 145,000- 245,000
